PRM App Milestone: Delivering Impact at Doncaster Sheffield Airport

As of December 2021, the PRM App has delivered outstanding results in supporting passengers with reduced mobility (PRMs) at Doncaster Sheffield Airport (DSA). The system has successfully managed:

• 31,119 total flights

• 14,402 flights involving PRMs

• 19,981 unique passengers

• 44,543 total bookings (including confirmed, pre-booked, and cancelled)

These figures reflect not only the scale of operations but also the reliability and efficiency of the PRM App in enhancing accessibility and service quality.
